This specialised from of reflexology is based on stimulating the spinal reflexes on the feet. You will be taught techniques to energize effectively each individual vertebra and this will help to identify nerve roots out of balance. A nerve root exits through the vertebrae to reach specific organs and muscles. Using spinal reflexology will help you learn to recognise the organs in the body that are not functioning correctly. Often, clients will feel sensitivity in the spine but have no association with back problems; spinal reflexology can help identify what reflexes are out of balance. This fascinating and unique practical day course will enable you to treat the body by accessing them through the foot spinal reflex. With the use of Spinal reflexology you can not only treat the direct reflex but also understand how to access the peripheral nerves to a specific organ or part of the body. The client can have a more effective response to the treatment. Additionally, you can identify problem areas in the body just by working the associated spinal nerves. You will be able to work the spine and recognise which specific organs of the body are not functioning effectively for your client. The course will help you understand the spine and its functions better and recognise why clients often have such sensitive reactions when treating the spinal column. The spine will take on a totally new meaning and importance within your treatments! This course will allow you to treat your client's illnesses with a totally new approach The morning will be spent on theory and the afternoon will give you an opportunity to carry out a case study on each other with a review of practical spinal reflexology treatments.
