This is very much a practical based course You will learn how to give chair back & neck massage. You will remain fully clothed throughout the course. Massage involves acting on and manipulating the body with pressure – structured, unstructured, stationary, or moving – tension, motion, or vibration, done manually or with mechanical aids. Target tissues may include muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, joints, or other connective tissue, as well as lymphatic vessels. Massage is good for relieving tension in the muscles, improving circulation and encourages lymphatic drainage. You will learn a sequence and there will be a photographic work book to help you through the treatment on each other. This is will be a very enjoyable course taught by Andre Rocha
