The day starts with an introduction to Hopi Ear candles, their origins, uses, contra-indications and interpreting what you find in the candles! This is then followed by practical when each student will give and receive a Hopi Candle treatment including head massage. There is then a quick introduction to Chakra s and how crystals can help balance energy within the body, and then the crystals will be used in the afternoon practical. The afternoon is dedicated to using hot stones and crystals to enhance the effects of your reflexology treatment. There will be an introduction and then a demonstration of how the hot stones can be used. This is followed by practical reflexology incorporating the hot stones into your sequence  an incredibly relaxing treatment.
